How to Prioritise tasks for an online business

If you are running an online business then it’s important to make sure you know what tasks are your highest priority and which are your lowest priority.

Its amazing how many people think they have been busy all day but when they look back they wonder why they got so little done.

The key is to ensure you are doing the most important tasks first and spending most time on these and leaving the “busy work” until everything else is done.

To help you with this I have included a document that I refer to daily to ensure I get the right work done each day. This was written by a great guy and very successful internet marketer called Rob Cornish.
